MariCharme Residences is located in our family home, which was built by my grandparents in the 1950s on land that belonged to their own parents, so.. we have been here forever! The property benefits from its immediate location facing the beautiful white and thin beach of Lido San Giovanni, which will feel like walking on velvet. The proximity to the beach - just 10 actual steps away - makes it particularly convenient for families with small children: in a few seconds, you can go back and forth from the house to the beach. The neighborhood is also convenient, as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and bus stops are just a few steps away from the house. With a 1.7 km walk, 20 minutes on foot, along the picturesque Busquet promenade that runs along the beach, you will reach the historic center, the ancient heart of the Catalan city, with its towers and ancient walls from which you can admire the wonderful sunsets.
You can choose between the La Terrazza and Il Giardino apartments.
The LA TERRAZZA APARTMENT consists of:
- One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Corridor
- Dining room
- Small kitchenette (sink, low refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave)
- Second bedroom with a double sofa bed (with a regular mattress)
- Terrace from which you can admire the Gulf of Alghero and the historic center.
Located on the second floor without an elevator.
Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms.
The IL GIARDINO APARTMENT consists of:
- One double bedroom
- One alcove room (with a French double bed and no window)
- Dining room with kitchenette and a single sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower (floor level, curtain without shower cabin)
- Paved garden exclusively for guests equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrella.
The furniture is simple, essential, but functional.
The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, low refrigerator (without freezer), dishes, and a washing machine.
The house does not have an oven and dishwasher.
Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms.
Located on the ground floor, convenient for strollers or wheelchairs.
It is recommended to rent the apartment for a couple (2 adults) or families (2 adults + 3 children), as the second bedroom is an alcove room without a window (2 pax), and the fifth is a sofa bed in the living room (1 pax).
Upon your arrival, you will find the beds prepared with sheets and blankets, and the bathroom with towels (one face towel, one shower towel, and one bidet towel per person). To reach the beach, once you leave the garden, just cross the street!
The tourist tax is not included, it is mandatory and costs €1.00 per person per day. Children under 12 years old are exempt. The tax applies for a maximum of 7 days of stay (for example, if you stay for 10 nights, the tourist tax is only applied for the first 7 nights).

Private parking from €5 to €15 per day depending on the season (to be booked at the time of reservation)
Extra towel change €8 per person (one face towel, one guest towel, one bath towel)
